The Résidence Verseau has a privileged location in the Flaine Forêt district.

Located just 110 meters from the shopping mall, you will have access to a grocery store, ideal for meeting your basic necessities.

To reach the central area of the station, nothing could be simpler! This is made accessible thanks to the elevator located in the shopping mall. Head to Flaine Forum, the central point where most of the resort's bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated.

This residence will be particularly suitable for travelers who want to be close to shops while benefiting from a quiet location.

Access to the accommodation is via a footbridge located on level 3 (access by stairs).

L'appartement était top, a part les poignets de portes mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelques choses. Sinon la station est sympa avec le système de funiculaire. PAR CONTRE, le parking !! c'est cher et aucun parking gratuit, aucune réduction pour les personnes qui louent un logement. les parkings sont plus que remplis. un peu un galère et c'est vraiment le point qui ne nous fera pas revenir à FLAINE. The apartment was great, apart from the door handles but that's really saying a few things. Otherwise the station is nice with the funicular system. HOWEVER, the parking!! it's expensive and no free parking, no discounts for people who rent accommodation. the parking lots are more than full. a bit of a hassle and this is really the point that will not make us return to FLAINE.
