This apartment is very functional and if you're looking for a convenient and relatively inexpensive place to stay it it great. I would rate the cleanliness as 8/10, the main things like kitchen and bathroom were fine and the sofa cover and bedding were all clean. There was a bit of dust about the place and the carpet is a bit tired but for the price what you get is good. There was always plenty of hot water and heating and all the appliances worked as they should. We'd stay again. Un calvaire.. Appartement sans aucune norme électrique a jour des moisissures partout dans la douche, immonde l’odeur de shit partout dans les parties communes Partie commune avec les détecteur électrique qui pendent… La cuisine hyper dangereuse due à l’alimentation électrique Le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas La porte fenetre abîmée sans peinture, Pas la possibilité de sécuriser ses skis dans le Local à ski Moquette immonde (jamais mes enfants n’auraient posés les pieds dessus Service client absent pendant le séjour Service client absent après le Séjour. A fuir absolument. Maeva Flaine sont des incompétents, et dangereux, cet appartement n’a légalement pas le droit d’être mis en location (même pas de différentiel) An ordeal... Apartment without any electrical standards, mold everywhere in the shower, filthy smell of shit everywhere in the common areas Common area with electric detectors hanging... The kitchen extremely dangerous due to the electrical supply The fridge which does not work The damaged window door without paint, No possibility of securing your skis in the Ski room Filthy carpet (my children would never have set foot on it Customer service absent during the stay Customer service absent after the Stay. A absolutely flee. Maeva Flaine are incompetent, and dangerous, this apartment does not legally have the right to be rented (even no differential)
