Perched at an altitude of 1800 m, the Résidence Arbaron is a pretty residential chalet with 12 apartments. Located in the calm and soothing district of Hameau in the resort of Flaine, this residence is ideal for a relaxing stay in the high mountains.

The little extra of the Flaine resort? Benefit from the Leisure Pass directly included in your rental! This will allow you to access certain activities and events at the tourist office for free. On the program: Accro-fun, water games, trampolines... for unforgettable holidays in the mountains!

Enjoy breathtaking views of the valley, in this residence which is in complete harmony with nature. Your vacation rental enjoys a very nice location, both quiet and not far from the shops and the hustle and bustle of the resort centre.

The Genaral Store in the Hameau, a few hundred meters from your residence, notably houses a bar/restaurant, a grocery store and a sports store. Note, however, that you can reach any strategic point in Flaine by taking the Skibus (free shuttle). You can then find in just a few minutes the districts of Flaine Forêt or Flaine Forum which are more lively and dynamic than the Hamlet.

L'état de l'appartement (non-propreté, vétusté des équipements, humidité dans sdb...) vient ternir le cadre exceptionnel dans lequel il se situe. Ce dernier aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, d'une remise en état car il bénéficie de véritables atouts. Devoir faire un minimum de ménage à notre arrivée avec un aspirateur abîmé et expulsant une odeur de poussière humide est décevant... Cela est venu ternir le début de notre séjour. Heureusement le beau temps nous a permis de profiter au maximum de l'extérieur. The condition of the apartment (uncleanliness, dilapidated equipment, humidity in the bathroom, etc.) tarnishes the exceptional setting in which it is located. The latter would need a refresh, a restoration because it benefits from real assets. Having to do a minimum of cleaning upon our arrival with a damaged vacuum cleaner and expelling a smell of damp dust is disappointing... This tarnished the start of our stay. Fortunately the good weather allowed us to make the most of the outdoors.
