Look no further, you have found your next vacation destination! The Chalets de Flaine Hameau are all more beautiful than the others, perched at an altitude of 1800 metres.

The little extra of the Flaine resort? Benefit from the Leisure Pass directly included for weekly rentals*! This will allow you to access certain activities and events at the tourist office for free. On the program: Accro-fun, water games, trampolines... for unforgettable holidays in the mountains!

In a quiet area, on the heights of the resort, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the natural circus of surrounding mountains.

In Hameau de Flaine, there is a bread store and a restaurant within two minutes walk from the chalet. Here you can enjoy tasty traditional cuisine of the region. There is also a grocery store within ten minutes walk within the Pierre et Vacances les Terrasses d'Helios residence.

Also note that for chalets that do not have a private garage, parking at the entrance to the Hamlet allows you to park by the week (free in summer).

Chalet vieillot avec pas mal de petits défauts ( mouette abîmée, matelas avec beaucoup de vécu, poignée de porte pour accès balcon abîmée difficile à fermer,…) mais aussi quelques avantages tels que la proximité, la vue, l’agencement de l’espace

Le chalet est très confortable et idéalement situé pour une vue magnifique et le calme du hameau. Cependant il y a un sérieux problème d'entretien du chalet: le lit sur la mezzanine ,en 140, a 2 lattes du sommier cassées, donc douleur de dos au réveil. La douche du bas sur le pommeau, il y a une esquisse de fer avec lequel on s'ouvre le doigt, toutes les robinetteries sont grippées et difficile à ouvrir. Une planche en bois défectueuse dans le sas d'entrée avec un clou en évidence. 2 ampoules cassées et surtout à l'arrivée ,samedi, le tas de linge sale des prédécesseurs qui est resté jusqu'à lundi et parce que ,on l'a déposé nous même devant l'accueil. Et enfin la cuisine n'était absolument pas nettoyée, vraiment immonde avec de la vaisselle sale rangée dans les placards. Vu le prix du chalet /semaine, c'est assez navrant . Bien sur nous avons signalé tout ça en rendant le papier d'état des lieux, à l'accueil, mais visiblement, c'est un coup d'épée dans l'eau. J'ai payé 95 € pour le ménage de fin de séjour, mais si c'est pour que les occupants suivants retrouvent le logement pas propre, c'est un tarif abusif pour le résultat.
